This information pertains to ASEH's next conference in Riverside, California (March 14-18, 2018).
Our conference exhibit area is the ideal location for the promotion of scholarly materials - or materials concerning career and education development. Most of our exhibits are book displays. Check below for information on fees, deadlines, and other details.

Note: there is a fee for electricity at each table, which the convention center will charge ASEH. Each exhibitor needs to sign up for electricity separately on the registration form (and that deadline has passed).

Exhibit Breakdown and Dismantling
Saturday, March 17, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Exhibitors should pack up their boxes on Saturday afternoon, March 17, leaving them sealed and on the floor. At the end of the conference exhibitors need to place pre-paid labels on the boxes getting returned - and they need to call their shippers to retrieve the boxes on Monday, March 19. The convention center will not call the shippers for you. Pick up at Riverside Convention Center, 3637 5th St, Riverside, CA 92501 - shipping and receiving.
