The following workshops are tentatively planned:
Water archives at Pomona College; oral history; and an event organized by the Women's Environmental History Network.

Field trips will explore the history of the citrus industry; Southern California coastal development (Laguna Beach area); Joshua Tree National Park; and the Huntington Library in Pasadena.
