ASEH's committees and interest groups have organized several activities, including the following:

Thursday, March 19:

Everyone is invited to a mixer/reception after the environmental litigation session, beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the conference hotel, Georgetown I. Meet government attorneys who hire historians as expert witnesses. Sponsored by Historical Research Associates, Inc.

The Environment, Law, and History group invites you to attend a meeting at 9:00 p.m. in the conference hotel, Georgetown I. For more information, contact David Schorr at dschorr@tau.ac.il

Friday, March 20:

The Energy Group invites you to a no-host dinner. Those interested should contact Bob Lifeset at robertlifset@ou.edu

The Diversity Committee invites everyone interested in discussing environmental justice to attend a non-host dinner. Those interested should contact Mike Dockry at mdockry@fs.fed.us

Saturday, March 21:

Representatives from the National Endowment for the Humanities will be available to answer questions about funding opportunities for environmental historians after their session on Saturday morning in Georgetown I, beginning at 8:30 a.m.
