This information pertains to ASEH's Chicago conference (March 29 - April 2, 2017) and is for reference only. Information on ASEH's Riverside conference will be available on this site in the summer of 2017.

Our conference exhibit area is the ideal location for the promotion of scholarly materials - or materials concerning career and education development. Most of our exhibits are book displays. This year, in honor of our 40th anniversary, the conference will open on the evening of March 29, 2017 with a special reception in the exhibit area. Check below for instructions on shipping your exhibit, as well as the setup and breakdown hours and other details.

Sign-Up Deadline
November 18, 2016. Even so, information on hours and shipping (still relevant) is provided below.

Note: there is a fee for electricity at each table, which the hotel will charge ASEH. Each exhibitor needs to sign up for electricity separately on the registration form (and that deadline has passed).

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing. Cancellations received after February 28, 2017 will be subject to a 25% processing fee. Cancellations made after March 15 obligate the exhibitor to full payment and forfeiture of all monies paid.

Ship boxes to arrive between March 27-29, 2017. Click here for the hotel's shipping instructions.

Please note that boxes being shipped back need pre-paid labels – and your shipper must arrive on Monday, April 3, 2017 to avoid hotel storage charges. Please remember to call your shipper, as the hotel will not do this. If you send boxes, the hotel's handling fees will be covered by ASEH, but the hotel will charge individual exhibitors additional fees for pallets.
