travel grant applications

Owing to the extraordinary generosity of its members, the ASEH has established the following travel grants for presenting at our annual conference:

  • E.V. and Nancy Melosi Travel Grant (Marty Melosi)
  • Morgan and Jeanie Sherwood Travel Grants (J. Sherwood) - two grants
  • Ellen Swallow Richards Travel Grant (Susan Flader and Carolyn Merchant)
  • Donald Worster Travel Grant (Adam Rome)
  • J. Donald Hughes Travel Grant (J. Donald Hughes)
  • John D. Wirth Travel Grant for International Scholars (Douglas Weiner)
  • Three additional travel grants
  • Minority Travel Grant

These grants provide $500 per year each for graduate students, low-income scholars, and international scholars to present their research at ASEH's annual meetings.

In 2013 we will award 20 additional grants with funding from the National Science Foundation (Grant  SES-1058613).
