At our conference in Seattle (April 2016) ASEH presented several awards, including best poster to Santiago Gorostiza (pictured above with Brett Walker). Additional recipients included Melissa Wiedenfeld for Distinguished Service; Martin Melosi for Distinguished Scholar; and the Schuylkill River Heritage Area for the project "Schuylkill River Sojourn" (all pictured above). George Perkins Prize Award for best book

The prize committee will evaluate published books that appear between November 1, 2016 and October 31, 2017. Deadline for submission: November 17, 2017. 3 hard copies are required - and anyone can submit a book (authors and publishers).

Please send one copy of each book submission to each of the following committee members (you will be sending three books in all to three separate addresses):
